1. Service Provision

We provide taxi and transfer services within Kildare Town and surrounding areas, including Dublin Airport. Service is subject to driver and vehicle availability.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via phone, website, or email.
Please ensure that booking details provided are accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings if information is incorrect or incomplete.

3. Pricing & Payments

Fares are based on fixed rates or metered charges.
Airport transfers are offered at fixed prices unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made in cash, card, or other accepted methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

No-shows may be charged the full fare.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings in vehicles.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers under the influence of alcohol/drugs or displaying abusive behavior. Only licensed drivers employed or contracted by Kildare Taxi will provide services.
